• Can only submit to 1 job at a time within WVU
• 2 year break between perm at WVU and travel
• can travel 1 year max at WVU before required to leave for 2 years
• 50 mile radius rule, MUST include drivers license

Department: Physical Therapy # of patients treated per day - Depends on volume; 12-15 General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) - BLS Other Certs Required for all PT: No Common diagnosis / Types of patients - Various Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Acute Inpatient What areas are they required to cover? All floors of hospital Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Acute care experience, Computer skills, use of EMR PT Manager/Supervisor: Jill Daniels ,Director. Sarah Boccoli, Lead. Rehab Aides: PTA's - PTA; 1 Rehab Aide Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) - 8-4:30, once oriented, would prefer wed-sun schedule if possible Weekend Requirements - Yes Holiday Requirements - No Scrub Color/Dress Code - Royal Blue Scrubs Department specific orientation - Yes
