Job Description
Summary What?s Team Next Gen? We value all the members of our team and we love to collaborate. Due to this we have many days throughout the year where we bond with all members of Team Next Gen both in professional and fun settings. We have three professional development days that help our teachers meet licensing requirements, expand their knowledge to become better educators, and allow them the opportunity to bring resources back to their ?home? campuses. Furthermore, we get to kick back and get to know one another during fun events! We close for a day in the summer for a fun staff BBQ day, and we leave work early for a staff holiday party in the winter! In addition, we plan random fun events throughout the year to bond with every team member part of Next Gen. This way you get to know everyone, not just the members at your ?home? campus and can truly be part of what we like to call Team Next Gen!
