The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is  $34.00 to $38.00 hourly . The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.  

We are looking for full-time Nursing Home Assistant Administrator. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assists the Administrator in planning, development, organizing, implementing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the facility, its programs and activities.
• Participates in coaching, disciplinary and termination proceedings as appropriate to develop human resource skills.
• Develops familiarity with standard profession reports for quality, labor, turnover, workers compensation, customer base, financials, account receivables, etc.
• Prepares annual budget for facility.
• Performs independent review of company policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.
• Participates in facility daily, weekly and monthly meetings. Attends regional meetings and trainings.
• Participates in special projects as directed.

Qualifications: 

• 1-3 years of experience in long term care, healthcare or related field as well as some supervisory background preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Current Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator licensure preferred.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
