**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field; Master’s preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in an IT organization with a proven track record of planning and implementing IT solutions working BRM and PMO teams.
- Experience acting as an interface between IT and business units.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects on time and within budget.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth understanding of technology trends and ability to translate complex technical concepts into layman's terms.
- Ability to identify cost-effective technical solutions to fulfill business strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of system architectures and system integrations.
