We are an established Family Immigration law firm in downtown San Jose with an expanding team. We are seeking a part-time or full time paralegal. This is an on-site position. 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

We are looking for a candidate who fits one of the following:

• Paralegal with experience in family immigration law.
• College graduate with an associates degree.
• Paralegal student or graduate with paralegal certification. 
• *Please note: We will consider college graduates and paralegal students as trainees.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual Spanish/English reading, writing and speaking at a professional level is required for this position. *Please note: We are willing to train applicants without immigration experience. 
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in family immigration law. 
• Paralegal certificate or experience ( if you are a student who does not yet possess experience or your paralegal certificate, we are willing to provide training.)
• 2 years experience in a law firm environment.
• Professional conduct and maturity.
• Basic administrative knowledge (Filing, scanning, printing, faxing).
