NUCKOLLS COUNTY CHILDCARE CENTER (NC3) DIRECTOR NC3 Director:

Job Description: The NC3 childcare worker is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and quality of education for all children within the center’s care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Care and supervision of daycare children.
• Maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain licensing and requirements.
• Maintain a personal and professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with staff to develop positive learning activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Desired:

• Early Childhood experience.
• High energy. Strong oral and written communication skills; technology skills.
• Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certified. (Can be provided by Brodstone or Superior Public Schools)
• Maintain the necessary Nebraska State Licensure Requirements.
• Must clear a full background check. Must pass a health screening.
