Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Manager to join our Corporate and Business Strategy team. In this role, you will help businesses solve complex problems and achieve long-term success through well-crafted strategies. You'll have the chance to work closely with clients, helping them make informed decisions, capitalize on opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.

What You'll Do:

As part of a collaborative team, you will assist organizations in shaping strategies that promote growth, improve profitability, and enhance shareholder value. Your role involves analyzing market trends, developing corporate strategies, and offering insights to help businesses navigate challenges.

You will also:

Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance across teams.
Tackle ambiguous and complex problems, breaking them down into actionable solutions.
Support both large-scale strategy development and detailed execution processes.
Identify and address stakeholder needs proactively.
Leverage digital tools and methodologies (AI, ML, Data Analytics) to deliver innovative business solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Encourage team collaboration and open communication.
Coach and mentor team members at all levels.
Navigate both big-picture strategy and detailed management to ensure client success.
Anticipate needs and offer solutions before they arise.
Foster an environment where people and technology work together harmoniously.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in strategy consulting or industry roles, with a preference for candidates who have 8+ years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Expertise in Digital Value Creation, Contact Center/Service Excellence, and business process design.
Proven ability to lead teams and projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing complex data.
Excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly to senior leadership.
Ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and team members.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google collaboration tools.
