Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Senior General Liability Adjuster for a remote, temporary-to-permanent opportunity with up to $43/hour! The adjuster will handle complex liability claims, including general liability, negligence, and litigation, while ensuring compliance with laws and guidelines. The role also involves mentoring junior adjusters and assisting management with special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm coverage and investigate claims to establish facts, including damages and liability.

• Negotiate settlements and secure necessary approvals.

• Manage litigation, collaborating with defense counsel and attending mediations.

• Identify subrogation opportunities and update reserves regularly.

• Maintain compliance with reporting standards and provide guidance to junior adjusters.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of claims adjusting experience, with expertise in litigated claims.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in claims management and office software.
