What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who excels at creating intuitive userfriendly platforms. You should have a passion for crafting seamless user experiences and enjoy collaborating with customers and clients to understand their pain points and develop straightforward effective solutions.

What does the job involve

• Translate concepts into user flows wireframes mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Facilitate the clients product vision by researching conceiving sketching prototyping and usertesting experiences for digital products
• Identify design challenges and devise elegant and SIMPLE solutions
• Make strategic design and userexperience decisions related to core and new functions and features
• Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams internal departments and external stakeholders
• Ask insightful questions challenge conventional thinking and take risks while advocating for innovative ideas

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (Senior level).
• Bachelors degree in Design/Graphic Design Computer Science or a related field.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing B2B and B2C solutions for complete digital environments on the African continent
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobilefirst and responsive design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD Sketch Figma or InVision.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions to teams and clients
• A clear understanding of the importance of usercentered design and design thinking
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
