We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing nonqualified and COLI case work, ensuring top-notch service and playing a key part in acquiring new clients. You'll be the go-to expert, collaborating with internal teams, regional leaders, and distribution partners to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Act as the primary point of contact for nonqualified plans, working closely with technical staff, regional leaders, and distribution partners to cultivate new client relationships.
Conduct comprehensive plan evaluations for prospective clients, including plan design analysis, funding strategy recommendations, investment portfolio optimization, and trustee selection.
Nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, providing strategic oversight and guidance.
Contribute to special projects aimed at boosting productivity and expanding our suite of nonqualified services.
Provide expert consultation on nonqualified plan design, including Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI) and Insurance Owned Life Insurance (ICOLI).
Deliver engaging presentations on all aspects of nonqualified products and strategies.
Train clients and internal staff on nonqualified product design, performance, fund changes, and market trends.
Ensure all necessary compliance documentation is completed for securities placements.
Proactively seek opportunities for learning and professional growth.
Collaborate and share knowledge openly with colleagues.
What You'll Bring:
FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 licenses.
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in retirement services and COLI, with a proven track record of client success.
A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying information to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in advanced mathematical concepts and spreadsheet/database software.
CFA and/or CAIA designations are a plus.

To ensure a seamless work experience, we require a dedicated and uninterrupted workspace, reliable family care arrangements during business hours, and a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps. Stronger connections are necessary if multiple individuals in the household use the same internet simultaneously. For call center roles, a wired internet connection or close proximity to the router is essential.
