Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled person to join our team. We do retro-blown insulation into existing residential homes primarily funded through government grants. We are looking for the right person to grow with the company as the company had expanded into multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Install insulation in attics, walls, and floors in residential homes.
Apply weatherproofing materials to windows, doors, and exterior areas to prevent drafts.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
Inspect homes to identify areas needed for proper weatherization.
Weatherizing low-income housing funded through government grants
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insulation, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Physically fit, able to lift materials and work in various environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
