We're currently looking for talented Customer Service Specialists to join our Client Management team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service, problem-solving, and supporting clients in achieving their goals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Oversee daily tasks for all client accounts (200+), ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and set them up for success.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Media Buying and Delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and account setup.
Client Support: Be the first point of contact for clients, troubleshooting and resolving any concerns they may have.
Account Updates: Edit client CRM profiles and accounts as needed to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Client Communication: Regularly reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with our services.
Coaching and Retention: Provide coaching to clients to ensure they're getting the best possible results, and actively contribute to client retention efforts.
Problem Solving: Use your proactive mindset to manage client requests, anticipate needs, and solve challenges quickly and efficiently.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
A "Go-Getter" attitude with a drive to succeed and make a positive impact.
2+ years of experience in client management, customer retention, or a similar field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle business-level conversations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a diverse set of responsibilities.
Sales experience, particularly in appointment setting and lead generation, is a plus.
Coaching or sales management experience is also beneficial.
Leadership experience and a proven ability to inspire and guide others.
A high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer for remote work.
