Position Highlights:
Remote, work-from-home role
Part-time & Full-time options available
Flexible caseload with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
Availability after school, evenings, and weekends is preferred to meet demand
Paid indirect time (administrative hours) based on caseload
Competitive pay starting at $57 per hour
W2 options available with benefits including 401(k) and 9 paid bank holidays
Annual $500 Continuing Education Stipend for professional development
Opportunities for case consultation, team support, and mentorship
Focus on pediatric clients, with limited opportunities for adult clients
Flexible scheduling to ensure a healthy work-life balance
Responsibilities:
Educating clients, families, and caregivers about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies
Implementing and reviewing individualized treatment plans
Collaborating with other treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive care
Reporting client progress and updates to appropriate parties, including caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals
Completing all documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid state-issued professional counseling license
Strong understanding of a variety of mental health disorders, including their causes and treatments
Previous experience in mental health counseling or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using computers, Zoom, and healthcare EMRs
