Mission/Purpose: 

This is a unique position in that the Registered Nurse will be working directly with an impactful team of integrative health and wellness advocates in an integrative medicine practice in Central New York , provide appropriate medical care for our health participants in conjunction with practitioners, and join a collaborative team that operates on truth and integrity.

Accountabilities: 

• Handle all new patient chart preparation for our Nurse Practitioner.
• Ability to access ports using sterile techniques
• Ability to obtain vascular access using peripheral IV or picc line
• Complete lab reviews in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in documentation on our EMR, Cerbo
• Mix and administer nutraceutical infusions and injections;
• Infusion scheduling and planning;
• Restock of infusion inventory;
• Giving injections;
• Blood draws/fingersticks;
• Patient communication;
• Perform EKGs;
• Prepare written prescriptions for physician signature;
• Experience with patient assessment
• Obtaining records/labs;
• Respond to portal messages and take action on all voicemails received from patients

Salary $31-$32 DOE

Requirements

Required 

• Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or
• Microsoft Office (Office 365, Outlook, OneDrive)

Preferred

• Slack
• Zoom
• Cerbo (EMR)

Qualifications (Must haves): 

• RN license in NY
• At least 1 year experience in the administration of IV infusions
• Loves task and project organization and systems
• Consider follow-through a personal strength
• Team oriented

Qualifications (Nice to haves): 

• Integrative medicine/natural healing experience or interest
• Have experience with Lyme disease, women’s health, pediatric health
• Experience using Cerbo
• BLS Certification
