Allegria Village is a senior living community located in Dearborn, MI. We are currently hiring for a full-time groundskeeper (year-round). The schedule for this position is M-F (weekends off).
Overview: Maintenance of all exterior areas.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of all lawns, trees, gardens, and shrubbery.
2. Upkeep of all parking areas.
3. Installation and maintenance of exterior signs.
4. Assistance to residents with gardening.
5. Snow removal.
6. Maintenance of all associated equipment.
7. May be required to apply chemicals to landscape.
8. Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
-Must be 18 years or older.
-Previous landscaping/ groundskeeper experience required.
-Must have a valid Driver's License.
-H.S. Diploma or GED required.

-Can perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and equipment
-Good organizational skills
-Able to understand verbal direction
