Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a Company dedicated to creating reliable transportation solutions for all kinds of organizations, and industries, from business travelers, and the healthcare sector to students and everyday commuters.

What you'll do:

The role will support the Recruiters to successfully coordinate high-volume and fast-paced interview activity on the Recruitment team. 

We are looking for someone to help us work cross-functionally with hiring teams to be the first impression for candidates.

This is a remote position, but qualified candidates should be in the area where the role is based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience with a focus on attention to detail, by ensuring interviews are scheduled quickly and accurately
  • Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with data clean-up efforts, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines for effective candidate communication, while demonstrating strong time management skills
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and coworkers, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Work closely with Recruiters, Interviewers, and Hiring Managers to enhance existing processes and programs, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and partner management, while fostering creativity in talent acquisition strategies
  • Coordinate candidate travel and handle all expenses (if applicable)
  • Monitor all candidates' interview experiences and act as the primary point of contact
  • Enhance the interviewer training program by actively inviting interviewers in training to live interview shadowing sessions, utilizing attention to detail
  • Build diverse and inclusive interview panels and support the continuous growth of interviewer teams

Your Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities, ideally within Human Resources, People Operations, or Recruiting
  • Familiarity with Slack 
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • A minimum of 1 year of client or customer service experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse and GoodTime is a plus
