Job Summary: On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking multiple Project Engineer positions. TWS is searching for a skilled
Process and Mechanical Engineers to join the Technip Energies team on a short-term temporary project basis through 2024.
The project assignment is located in Silsbee, Texas for a solid catalytic conversion of waste plastic to BTX and other feedstocks. The project is currently in the commercialization phase and the Project Engineers hired for this role will be acting as operations staff for the pilot facility. About the job: - Integrate with team developing a Catalytic Cracking process to support plant operations onsite during assigned work shift ensuring continued operation of facility.
- Collect, develop, and systematize knowledge from onsite operations and create internal documentation as required.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure all requirements are incorporated into the requisition package and assist in preparation of material requisitions as needed.
- Provide engineering support by answering technical questions and requests.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in project coordination with a strong understanding of processes and techniques at least a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in LNG, Energy Transition, Carbon Capture, Refining and/or Petrochemical Plant Engineering/Design
- Possess a TWIC card and pass pre-employment mobilization requirements then attend a site-specific safety training.
- Familiarity with building project documentation and proficiency interpreting technical drawings.
Preferred Experience: - Knowledge on all types of Electrical deliverables on a project, including electrical power studies (load flow, short circuit, motor starting, protective relay coordination studies, etc.), electrical area classification drawings, one-lines, schematics and wiring design; lighting, power, grounding, and cable tray plan drawings, and specification of electrical equipment such as Motor Control Centers and Switchgear in Petrochemical Plants.
- Extensive process knowledge within DCS plant facilities, dynamic simulations and fluidized bed operations.
- Catalytic Cracking engineering process

Expected hours: 50+ per week, Overtime paid at time and 1/2
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Shift rotations - all shifts worked
- Will get 1-2 days off every 7 days worked
- Housing allowance/per diem, mileage available if qualified
