Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking Warehouse General Labor/Dock Workers to join our team in Shorewood, Illinois. This position involves unloading freight, general labor tasks, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The 2nd Shift runs from Monday to Friday starting at 2:30 PM with the possibility of occasional overtime and Saturdays during peak seasons.

**Qualifications:**
- No specific qualifications are required; we are willing to provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on various warehouse tasks.
- Physically able to lift and move heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required.

**Responsibilities:**
- Unload freight and handle general labor tasks using a dolly.
- Work efficiently in a team to meet productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, reach-trucks, and lifts as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to your career growth.

**Benefits:**
- Competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $29.00 per hour. (paid per container unloaded each day, the more efficient you are, the more you earn each day! The average unloader is earning at $27/hour. Never less than $19.00 per hour)
