Our mission-driven practice focuses on consumer class actions, whistleblower qui tam litigation, appeals, and other complex civil litigation primarily in the fields of consumer protection, products liability, predatory lending, privacy, wage and hour, higher education, defamation, civil/human rights, and other areas that serve the public interest.

We are currently accepting employment inquiries from licensed attorneys with 2–4 years of post-law school litigation experience, who are interested in Associate-level opportunities in our offices in the Washington, D.C. metro area or California.

We offer competitive salary and benefits, flexible work-from-home arrangements, and a transparent bonus plan under which all of our attorneys share in the firm’s success. The salary range for this position ranges from approximately $178,000 to $195,000 plus bonuses and a generous benefits package including, but not limited to, healthcare benefits.  Dedicated and driven lawyers, with both a desire to do good in the world and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in our firm.
