Job Description :
Lead, facilitate, and coordinate business requirements gathering for at least 5 years.
Validate requirements and assist with the functional design of solutions for at least 5 years.
Develop, execute, and document test plans for at least 5 years.
Organize and oversee end-user testing and acceptance for at least 5 years.
Track defects and coordinate resolutions for at least 5 years.
Research, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for solutions that meet business needs for at least 5 years.
Provide solutions that fit within the system/software capabilities for at least 5 years.
Have experience in business analysis on large and complex IT projects for more than 5 years.
Demonstrate the ability to analyze facts and apply sound judgment in decision making.
Certification of Competency in Business Analysis TM (CCBATM) Designation, Certified Business Analysis Professional TM (CBAP ) Designation, or equivalent preferred.
