Experience Required: Minimum 10 years

We are seeking a seasoned Production Support Technical Lead with over 10 years of expertise in MS Dynamics CRM , Springboot , and AWS . The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, documentation, and articulation skills, and demonstrate a client-focused, assertive approach to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Act as a production support lead with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 .
• Provide expertise in CRM business processes , including Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.
• Extend Dynamics CRM functionality using plugins , custom workflow activities , and web resources .
• Configure, customize, and develop Dynamics CRM solutions, including CRM Web API and JavaScript ( OData/REST ).
• Ensure effective handling of the CRM security model .
• Create Out-of-the-Box CRM and custom/SSRS reports .
• Leverage core .NET technologies, including WCF , SSIS , SSRS , and SQL Server .
• Support deployment processes and integrate CRM with other systems using web services ( REST/SOAP ) and messaging tools ( NServiceBus ).
• Provide expertise in installation, configuration, and customization of CRM entities, workflows, and integrations.

• Deep technical and functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related tools.
• Proficient in CRM development with hands-on experience in at least two implementation projects.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing technologies.
• Familiarity with deployment aspects and CRM integration processes.
• Strong technical knowledge in core .NET technologies and SSRS reporting.

• Digital expertise: AWS Cloud Computing , Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical .
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with an emphasis on articulation and documentation.
• Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction from requirements gathering to implementation.
