SUMMARY:
Join our team as a Janitorial Specialist to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a busy, 24/7 facility. You will be responsible for cleaning offices, breakrooms, conference rooms, and restrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. Ideal candidates have experience in cleaning large facilities and proficiency with cleaning equipment and chemicals. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. Must pass a Level 2 background check. Weekend shifts may be required. Competitive pay at $15/hr. Roles & Responsibilities:
Janitorial-Primary duties will be to clean, dust, vacuum, mop, remove trash of the offices and clean and maintain the breakroom areas and conference rooms. Weekends as needed. Facility Operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
The facility is comprised of 1 floor 1 building approximately 25,192 square feet that has a medium level of traffic. The RTMC hours of operations is 24/7. There is two separate areas, 4 bathrooms and has 150-175 employees.
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
