**Job Title: Hospitality Human Resources Manager**
**Location:** New York, NY
**Salary Range:** $100,000 - $110,000

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to fostering the personal growth of each team member. This role requires proficiency in payroll processing software (ADP) and HRCI and/or SHRM Certification. Previous experience in a franchise environment and the hospitality industry is highly valued.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Employee Relations:** Resolve employee relations issues with fairness and objectivity, overseeing all HR investigations to ensure a harmonious and equitable work environment.
- **Onboarding & Payroll:** Lead the creation of offer letters, manage new hire onboarding processes, and collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- **Compliance:** Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, ensuring our practices align with legal standards.
- **Fair Treatment:** Ensure all team members receive fair treatment in the workplace, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- **Benefits Management:** Acquire new vendors for employee benefits, continuously enhancing our benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** At least 5 years in a similar HR role, with experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- **Certifications:** HRCI and/or SHRM Certification required.
- **Knowledge:** Proficiency in COBRA and FMLA regulations.
- **Technical Skills:** Experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP.

- **Salary:** Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $100,000 to $110,000.
