Job responsibilities:
This position supports the HIM Department and is responsible for a variety of clerical duties including prepping charts for office visits, processing medical records requests, answering phone calls, scanning and indexing patient health information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), proof-reading office documentation, and faxing.
