- Pay Range: $48-$55 per hour
Circulating Recovery Surgical Care Registered Nurse (RN)
Interim HealthCare Staffing is in need of a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our health care team with commitment to patient care. Seeking an RN candidate with experience in various surgical settings, providing both pre-op and post-op cares. The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality care and supporting patients in their recovery from surgery.

As a RN, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Assess patients’ vital signs and overall recovery progress immediately following anesthesia
- Provide clear education to patients and their families about both pre-operative and post-operative care, pain management, and recovery expectations.
- Administer prescribed medications and manage pain relief protocols.
- Collaborate with other members of the care team.
- Recognize and respond to patient needs utilizing your critical thinking and assessment skills.
- Maintain records of patient care, medication administration, and recovery progress to ensure seamless communication across care teams.
- Regulatory compliance to ensure high standards of care and safety.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff.
A few must-haves:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in Colorado.
- BLS/CPR certification (demonstration course required).
- Previous experience in a pre-operative environment, recovery room, post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), or critical care setting is required.
- Valid TB screening.
- COVID-19 vaccination card.
- Proof of flu vaccination, during Flu season in the months of October-March.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate.
