Key Qualifications Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant :
* Active nursing license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in aesthetic procedures
* Experience in a Medspa setting is preferred
* Strong social media presence and an established book of business is a plus
* Proficiency with cosmetic injectables and other aesthetic treatments
* Extensive knowledge of skincare products and procedures
* Leadership experience in Medspa or as a team leader is advantageous
* Full-time availability (30 hours/week)
Your Role As A Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant :
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform Procedures: Administer medical spa treatments with precision, adhering to established protocols to ensure safety and efficacy.
* Client Service: Conduct comprehensive consultations, deliver exceptional services, and develop personalized follow-up treatment plans in alignment with our client care standards..
* Train & Coach: Lead and participate in training programs for Estheticians and support staff, promoting consistent, high-quality service delivery.
* Employee Management: Partner with management on employee relations matters, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and team events.
* Record Management: Keep detailed and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.
* Administrative Duties: Engage in and lead department meetings, stay informed on industry advancements, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Equipment & Inventory Management: Manage medical spa equipment and inventory, overseeing maintenance schedules and ensuring availability.
* Sales: Implement an educational sales approach to inform clients about products and services, enhancing client retention and encouraging repeat business * social media marketing presence is a must!
