Accounts Payable Specialist

Role Overview:

Are you a detail-oriented, problem-solving superstar with a knack for numbers?

• Invoice Management: Process vendor invoices with precision, using appropriate charge codes for our diverse property portfolio.
  
• Purchase Order Matching: Perform three-way matching of Purchase Orders to keep our records accurate and up-to-date.
  
• Utility Invoices: Handle all utility invoices and manage high usage reports to ensure efficient utility management.
  
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor accounts to maintain financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Issue Resolution: Communicate with properties and vendors to address and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
  
• Chargebacks: Identify and process chargebacks to tenants, ensuring fair and accurate billing practices.
  
• Utility Monitoring: Maintain utility schedules and keep an eye on vacant units to optimize resource usage.

Requirements

Preferred Experience:

• AP Expertise: At least 5 years of Accounts Payable experience 
  
• Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role.
