About us: Waterloo Ice House has been an Austin food institution since 1976. We currently have four restaurants across Austin, allowing us to become deeply embedded in the neighborhoods which we serve. Waterloo Ice House: where neighbors become friends.
We are looking for a full-time restaurant manager to help oversee our growing sales. Business is great and we need help making it even better!

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the daily activities of both Front and Back of House, including scheduling, inventory, and ordering
Building relationships with customers and ensuring each person leaves the building feeling appreciated
Motivating employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet and exceed company standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has at least three years of experience in a full-service restaurant
Is friendly, courteous and understands how to drive sales
Solves problems well is a self-starter with tons of energy and enthusiasm
Possesses great communication skills, both verbal and written
Works best in a team environment
