Skeeter's Body Shop located on 3104 W Jones Ave, Garden City, KS is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Clerical Assistant to assist with administrative tasks and support our team remotely. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize digital legal files, case materials, and documents.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.

• Handle email correspondence and follow up with clients or third parties.

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain attorney calendars.

• Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, reports, and spreadsheets.

• Assist with client communication via email or phone in a professional manner.

• Conduct online research related to cases and legal matters as directed.

• Provide general administrative support to the legal team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
