Job Description

My Wireless Corner in Miami, FL. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clients and team members remotely. This is an entry-level position, and we will provide training and guidance to help you grow in your role.We are located on 3164 Nw 72nd Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and set reminders
  • Data entry, bookkeeping, and data analysis
  • Social media management and content creation
  • Research and data analysis
  • Create presentations, documents, and reports
  • Manage projects and tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and clients remotely
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
