As our business grows, we’re looking for a dedicated 1 st shift Tool Grinder to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Do

• Operate Tools: Manage manual tool grinders, resetting and sharpening tools like drills and mills.
• Precision Craftsmanship: Sharpen and recondition tools with high attention to detail to meet exacting standards.
• Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret blueprints to understand customer specifications.
• Share Knowledge: Collaborate with the team and mentor others to improve skills and productivity.
• Be Proactive: Solve problems independently and contribute to maintaining our excellent reputation.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2-5 years in tool grinding, with hands-on experience operating grinders and tooling knowledge.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and deliver precise work.
• Positive Attitude: Strong work ethic, good work history, and a willingness to collaborate with the team.
• Stability: Live locally and are seeking a long-term, stable position.
• Language Skills: Polish language proficiency is required, as it aligns with our team culture.
