Job Description

Technical Product Manager

Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000

Crelate is seeking a Technical Product Manager to work with our product team to help discover and implement the requirements that our team needs in order to deliver the best results to our customers. You will work closely with our product managers and help facilitate strategies and changes in order to improve teamwide efficiency. This opportunity is a chance for your communication and collaboration skills to have a real impact on a business. You will gain exposure to all aspects of product development, sales, customer service and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Management and Customer Success to discover, facilitate and drive solutions that empower our customers and users.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success and Sales teams to understand and define the needs of the team and our customers.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer by driving delivery of our products and features.
  • Work directly with our Product Manager and assist with communicated needs of the team and management.
  • Design new Product Features including Vision, and detail designs including requirements documentation, process flows, logic requirements, and basic UX design.
  • Provide effective written and verbal updates on the product roadmap and key projects to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Experience:

  • BA or BS in a technical field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of product or business analysis experience in the technology industry.
  • Experience working within SDLC frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc
  • Experience with UX design, and coordinating design across teams
  • Experience with various development tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TFS, etc
