We are looking for a Swing Manager to join the McDonald’s team! Whether you have worked for McDonald’s before or are coming from another restaurant in the QSR industry, we look forward to showing you what we have to offer!

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the highest levels of food quality, customer service, cleanliness.
• Hiring, training, and retaining your management and crew teams.
• Growing the business through operational excellence.
• Holding the highest standards for food safety in the industry.
• Controlling costs in the areas of food, labor, operational supplies, etc.
• Maintaining a safe and fun working environment for all employees.
• Set goals and create action plans to achieve them.

Requirements:

• Must be able to display leadership skills.
• Must be available to your restaurant when needed.
• Must be coachable.
• Open availability (Weekends, Holidays).

North Charleston and surrounding cities
