Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and seasoned Bridge Superintendent specializing in civil construction to become a part of our team. As the Bridge Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day project activities, including substantial concrete construction and lifting operations.

Key Responsibilities :

* Thoroughly comprehend and enforce safety policies and procedures.
* Analyze blueprints to determine structural dimensions.
* Sequence activities for the fabrication, assembly, and erection of the structure.
* Conduct quality inspections of work performed by subordinates.
* Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
* Propose enhancements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality to enhance the efficiency of the work crew.

Requirements :

* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a superintendent.
* Proficiency in bridge construction and heavy concrete work.
* Capable of managing projects ranging from $4 million to $30 million.
* Experience with heavy lifting operations.
* Marine experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with the Operations Manager, Project Manager, and field engineer.
* Willingness to work on-site.
