About the Role:
P3+Uplift’s client, a respected company within the insurance industry, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their CRM and related business solutions. This role will serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce platform, managing daily configuration, maintenance, and improvements. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, a strong understanding of CRM business processes, and a proactive approach to platform enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary Salesforce system administrator, handling all user account maintenance, roles, profiles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, translating technical details into user-friendly terms.
• Monitor and improve user adoption through end-user usage tracking and provide training as needed.
• Manage and enhance workflows, functions, and configurations within Salesforce, ensuring smooth data integration and exchange with external platforms.
• Test and approve system changes, ensuring updates align with business objectives.
• Create custom apps, workflows, and visual force pages as necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce maintenance, communicating any system impacts to relevant teams.
• Document technical processes and provide leadership and mentoring within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, plus five years of experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including account management, forecasting, pipeline management, case management, and custom reporting.
• Salesforce certifications (such as Marketing Cloud Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are preferred.
• Proven ability to build custom apps, formula fields, workflows, and custom views.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and an aptitude for working in fast-paced environments.
