Job Description
Essential Functions:
Operational Excellence Program: Lead the creation and definition of a supporting process for an operational excellence program. This program will track, implement, and govern improvements and efficiencies in product delivery within Client Services.
Business Needs Assessment: Evaluate the business's needs and process requirements to identify areas for improved operational efficiency and potential automation.
Process Capability Measurement: Measure and assess current processes, analyzing the frequency of issues to identify root causes of variations, defects, or performance challenges.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure support from key stakeholders for system and process changes, ensuring timely and comprehensive implementation.
Lean Six Sigma Methodologies: Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and analytics to achieve business objectives and drive effective change.
Control Plans Development: Develop control plans to monitor business performance after implementation and apply statistical process controls to observe process behavior.
Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive business requirements documentation to outline project scope and objectives. Provide technical and analytical support for various process strategies.
This is a hybrid position, allowing for a flexible work arrangement between remote and office settings. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work in the office 2-3 days a week, as determined by leadership, generally aiming for an in-office presence of 50% or more based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
9+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
Proficient in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN2).
Expertise in value stream mapping, root cause analysis, change management, and project management.
Solid understanding of payments networks, processing services, banking, or money movement.
Experience in effectively managing and influencing change within a matrix organization.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and influence business decisions.
A self-starter with proven organizational, conceptual, and logical problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Flexible, based on departmental needs.
Travel Requirements: This position may involve travel up to 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This role is primarily office-based, requiring the ability to sit or stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and operate standard office equipment such as computers and telephones.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position will be communicated during the interview process and may include potential sales incentives (if applicable). Salary may vary based on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and equity.
