Position Description Sr. Manager, IT

Purpose of the Position
Spearheads elevation of the organization's technological infrastructure, ensuring the uniform consolidation, implementation, and optimization of systems across business units. Manages migration of operations to unified servers and platforms while enhancing operational efficiency, data integrity, and cyber security. Serves as knowledge base for IT-related matters, ensuring that technology strategies align with and propel the organization's goals, fostering an environment of innovation and technological advancement.
Essential Position Responsibilities
Lead the consolidation of all technology infrastructure, ensuring the migration of business units to a common server and platform to enhance efficiency and data coherence.
Implement, maintain, and track comprehensive cyber security training programs, safeguarding the organization's digital assets against emerging threats.
Research, recommend, and oversee the implementation of IT services for software and hardware procurement, ensuring that technology investments align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Serve as a central IT knowledge resource for the organization, advising senior management on the strategic implementation of technology solutions to drive innovation and growth.
Develop policies and workflows that facilitate best practices in IT management, including the optimization of operational processes through technological solutions.

Minimum Education: College Level Degree in Information Technology or similar field;
Preferred skill set: Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong background in technology infrastructure management and cyber security; Demonstrated ability to research, evaluate, and integrate IT solutions that align with organizational goals; Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across business units; Deep understanding of current and emerging technology trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a strategic, goal-oriented manner. Experience with Acumatica is highly preferred.
