Planning, coordination, and execution of software deployment plans for our Battery Electric Truck programs; Strategic coordination and execution of software deployment for Over-the-Air updates and post-launch production builds; Ensuring approval of safety certifications and completion of safety processes for any given software deployment plan; Monitoring progress of above software deployment activities and engaging internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues which arise; and continuous improvement of our software deployment planning system in regards to how the system broadcasts current status. Purely telecommuting/work-from-home position whereby the employee may reside anywhere within the U.S. Note, this position requires domestic travel up to 10% of the time.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or related automotive engineering position. Experience must include: Two (2) years of experience with software/controls; experience with automotive electrical interfaces including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet; Experience working on problem solving through software application/tools development; experience with Vehicle Mechatronic Controls, ADAS, Cybersecurity, Electrification, and SDV; and experience with end user’s features on the vehicles.
