Job Description

Software trainer (Customer Satisfaction Specialist) provides software presentations for Church staff demonstrating the features and modules of the Mass Intentions Online product suite. They will also train new clients on all features and modules, handle customer service calls, create issue tickets, and provide feedback to tech support and the client. This job is ideal for somebody looking to work remotely, part-time with flexible hours, and who likes interacting with Catholic church staff, building relationships, and cultivating referrals. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct Mass Intentions Online software demonstrations virtually. Provide Mass Intentions Online feature training virtually for all available modules. Remain proficient in all the various software and parish management tools available to our customers. Follow up with potential clients and current clients. Promptly answering support emails and phone calls from customers or potential customers with clear and concise instructions and documentation. Contribute important internal feedback to improve operations. Function independently in a busy environment, as well as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS:

Love interacting with people. Experienced presenter using virtual tools such as Zoom and Teams Tech-savvy and a quick learner. Must be well-spoken, energetic, and have the ability to improvise Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to use judgment and tact with customers. Bilingual preferred (Spanish). Sales-type experience is a plus. Excellent phone and email etiquette with very effective verbal and written skills. Organized, can multitask, and work independently. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, detail-oriented, professionalism, easy to get along with, enthusiasm, and high moral character. Experience with MS 365 office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel helpful.

REQUIREMENTS:

An intimate knowledge of Catholicism and parish operations is required! A high-speed internet connection to your home office for the company-provided VoIP telephone. Spanish as a second language is a plus but not required Must be a U.S. citizen Compensation: The position is part-time, with the potential to become full-time with benefits. Flexible hours of remote/work-from-home averaging 15-30 hours per week. Hours per week are not guaranteed during slow seasons. $20 per hour after initial training, plus a bonus for every church converted to a client. Paid weekly.
