We're seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll help elevate our social media presence and drive engagement across various platforms.

Role Overview
As our Social Media Manager, you will:
Manage Social Media Presence: Spend half of your time crafting and executing social media strategies to boost our brand, starting with our couple app and expanding to other apps in our portfolio.
Influencer Engagement: Devote the other half of your time to identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers. This includes negotiating collaborations, coordinating content creation, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with our brand values and goals.
Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, including identifying target audiences, selecting platforms, and determining content themes and schedules.
Content Creation: Produce engaging content tailored to each platform, including text, images, videos, and multimedia. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, or videographers to create visually appealing content.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work with influencers, actors, or partner organizations to amplify our brand's reach and engagement.
Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts and recommend improvements.
Advertising and Promotions: Manage social media campaigns, create and optimize targeted ads, and achieve specific objectives such as lead generation or event promotion.
Social Listening: Stay on top of industry trends, relevant topics, and online conversations. Identify engagement opportunities, gather feedback, and adapt to emerging trends.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms, policies, and trends.
Your Profile
Proven experience in Social Media Management (please include links to your work in your portfolio)
Knowledge of the American market
Fluent in English with excellent communication and writing skills
Experience in the mobile application industry is a plus
Resourceful, meticulous, reliable, and results-driven
Strong analytical skills (ability to interpret data and analyze trends)
Curious, autonomous, and well-organized
Dynamic, creative, and ambitious
Conditions
Location: Remote or at our office in Chiang Mai, Thailand
Hours: 35 hours per week (9 am - 6 pm with a 2-hour lunch break). At least 4 hours overlap with Bangkok time.
