Skilled Trade - Industrical Electrian

Nexteer Automotive - Saginaw, Michigan - Operations is soliciting candidates for electricians with a Michigan State license that has industrial background .

Applicants must have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Must be Safety oriented individual – overriding priority
• Self-starting, team-oriented individuals with good technical and people skills
• Must be willing to coach/mentor fellow employees.
• To qualify you must have one of the following items:
  • Journeyman’s Card
  • Michigan State License
  • Under a Journeyman in Training (JIT) program
  • Completed a Department of Labor - Certified Program
  • Experience as an Electrician, preferably 6 years
• Ability to troubleshoot and/or willing to be trained on industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and understand and/or willing to be trained:
  • Allen Bradley, Modicon, RS logics, etc…
  • GE Fanuc CNC Controls or Robot
  • HVAC systems
• This position maybe filled with a journeyperson or a journeyperson in training (JIT)based on interview, certifications and/or credentials.
