**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Optimize Financial Models:** Maintain and enhance operating expense models, offering recommendations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Analyze Financial Performance:** Understand and communicate how business decisions impact financial performance, explaining any variances from the baseline.
- **Forecast Collaboration:** Work closely with various teams to update forecasts regularly, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
- **Lead Forecast Meetings:** Drive meetings with key business partners to minimize variances and support operational excellence.
- **Monthly Reporting:** Update internal financial reports each month, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- **Performance Reviews:** Facilitate meetings to compare actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- **Compensation Schedules:** Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to prepare and manage quarterly variable compensation schedules.
- **Build Relationships:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance and business partners to support collaborative decision-making.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks:** Assist with various tasks as needed by the FP&A and Finance leadership teams.

**What We're Looking For:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience:** At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- **Skills:** Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. Ability to deliver accurate and timely financial forecasts and reports.
- **Data Management:** Proficient in consolidating data, validating data integrity, and summarizing results into rolling models.
- **Excel Proficiency:** Advanced skills in Excel are essential for this role.
