If you have a background and proven track record in…

• Preparing thorough appraisals of problem loans, and evaluations for properties as requested and according to Bank policy
• Reviewing 3 rd party appraisals for compliance with USPAP and resolve any issues
• Performing onsite inspections throughout the bank footprint in Lehigh and Bucks counties
• Managing the Commercial Lending Appraisal process
• Track local, regional, and state real estate data and market trends that may impact the bank’s appraisals or evaluations
• Ensuring appraisals and related documentation are saved in the Bank’s electronic filing system
• Recommending changes to the Approved Appraiser list based on performance and need in various geographical areas or property expertise
• Ordering or overseeing the process of ordering appraisals on a rotating basis for the Retail and Mortgage loan functions

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser . So, if your Commercial appraisal experience falls within 4 years to 7 years this might be a great role for you. Let’s talk.

You should hold an MAI designation and appropriate State certifications; SRPA, SRA, AI-GRS, or AI-RRS. 5 years of Commercial Appraisal experience, along with a thorough understanding of appraisal processes and methodology.
An excellent ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines and inquiries. Have the ability to multi-task and work effectively with co-workers is also a must in this role. Must be able to manage your time and communicate as well as present yourself in a positive manner that represents the bank.
