As a Senior Art Director specializing in Creative Development, you will lead and inspire a dynamic art team to deliver exceptional visual experiences across a diverse range of licensed console, mobile, and PC games. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with production, creative, and marketing teams to bring engaging game concepts to life, ensuring that every project meets the highest artistic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Artistic Leadership: Guide and mentor a talented team of artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to produce top-tier visual content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside production, creative, and marketing teams to align artistic direction with overall game strategy and vision.
Creative Direction: Oversee the artistic development of game projects, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring consistency and excellence across all visual elements.
Portfolio Management: Manage and prioritize a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand and creative goals.

Qualifications:
