As the Salesforce IT Intern , you will play an integral role as part of the product team in the agile software delivery process.  The intern will provide support for their aligned team(s), including troubleshooting reported issues, assisting with user inquiries, and providing help documentation.

Your Impact

• Acquire foundational knowledge of Salesforce administration functionalities.
• Assess user feedback and evaluate between technical issues, training requirements and potential product enhancements.
• Play an active role in the delivery of high-quality features, functions, and integrations within in Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
• Help identify missing requirements.
• Execute tests and report software defects to developers and product owners and track the defects until closure.
• Analyze existing processes and propose enhancements.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Current student working towards a college degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, organization skills, and prioritization abilities.
• Experience with data management and analysis.
• Previous professional or internship experience preferred.
• Previous experience with any CRM systems (preferably Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, etc) or SAPin delivering Salesforce solutions highly preferred.

Your Workplace

• This is a paid, part-time internship during the Summer/Fall of 2024 . Students are required to work 15-20 hours a week.
