Sales Executive - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 125k/year - Andover, MA

• Our client, a stable, fast-growing modular design company, has an immediate need for a Sales Executive to handle a territory out of the greater Boston area. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking to add a Sales Executive to their team which operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.
• In this position, the Sales Executive will be responsible for selling custom off the shelf prefabricated designs, building client relationships, as well as some new business development. They will meet with customers onsite to show the different modular designs and determine what will work best for the customer. The Sales Executive will work closely with the project manager throughout the entire sales and installation process and serve as the liaison between the customer and the project manager.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 5+ years of proven success in HVAC sales or come from the field and have a strong technical proficiency. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary up to 125k/year with commission program, with the ability to do well beyond that as you grow.
