Job Title : Robotics Engineer (US Citizens Only)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with laws such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or other applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular data privacy risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to ensure all data processing activities comply with relevant privacy laws.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data protection authorities and manage data subject access requests (DSARs).
• Monitor, investigate, and report data breaches, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on data privacy best practices and responsibilities.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of data processing activities within the organization.
• Evaluate and approve vendor and third-party data-sharing agreements to ensure compliance with privacy standards.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving data protection regulations and advise leadership on necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Data Privacy, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPT, CIPM) are highly desirable.
• Experience in data privacy, compliance, or information security roles.
• In-depth knowledge of global and regional data protection laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
• Experience in privacy impact assessments, data mapping, and breach response processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with data privacy technologies and tools (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc).
• Experience in cybersecurity and IT risk management.
• Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
