RN Infusion Nurse job at BrightStar Care of West Bend Green Bay, WI, US

Job Description

We are looking for an RN ready to provide weekly & monthly infusion in the locations below: Shifts are:

Every Wednesdays from 3:00pm- 7:00pm - Green Bay, WI
Every other week on Tuesday & Thursday from 11am-1:30pm -Black Creek, WI
1x month on Thursday from 3:30pm-5:30pm - Luxemburg, WI
1x month on Tuesday from 4pm-7pm - Casco, WI

Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

Requirements

Current unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being provided
Current Peripheral IV starts/maintenance & IV Infusion Therapy Injection and self-infusion training Phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients a MUST
Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in an acute care setting or health facility, preferredPossess exceptional nursing assessment skills

Analytic/Critical thinker.

Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
Reliable transportation
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
