Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. You will have a home store that will be based out of but most days you will be in other stores sometimes with very short notice. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and promote our products will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise as needed.
• Supervise junior staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while performing basic math calculations for sales.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation is a must
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative when needed.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a willingness to learn about our products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,960.00 - $46,800.00 per year
