OPEN JOB: Talent Acquisition Specialist
LOCATION: Pine Bluff, Arkansas, United States
***This position is mainly remote; however, we have office space in the Pine Bluff facility where we work once a month as a team.
SALARY: $65,000 to $70,000

POSITION SUMMARY:
  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • ***MUST BE A HUNTER.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, process, providing timely communication and updates.

  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Ensure proper onboarding process if followed for positive employee experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

  • Traveling to learn about positions may be necessary if recruiter has never recruited for similar position(s) before.
